Each month I plan to tackle a different issue --- this month (July) is health! I have the worst diet ever and I've recently given birth to an amazing baby boy so any and all trips to the gym have been tossed out the window.
My plan for the next month is simple---have a green vegetable juice twice a day and a healthy meal. The green juice is around 200 cals and 12 grams of protein.
I'd also like to create a handful of meals that I can make in under 10 minutes!
And finally---I'd like an easy way to get moving each day so I'm planning to do 45 minutes of cardio 4 times a week.
I'm excited about my month long challenge and will post daily on progress! :)
